I don’t call myself a healer because I’ve figured it all out.

I do this work because I’ve sat with my own darkness—and learned how to make it into Light.

 

Hi I’m Lauren.

My path hasn’t been linear, shiny, or always graceful. I’ve spent over a decade unraveling the layers of who I thought I had to be. I’ve faced the parts of myself I once wanted to escape, and learned how to meet them with Presence, Compassion, and truth.

Today, I blend my lived experience with formal training as a counsellor (accredited by the Australian Counselling Association), combining traditional therapeutic tools such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Therapy, CBT with spiritual practices like Parts Work.

 

My approach is integrative, intuitive, and rooted in embodiment—not escape.

I work with clients ready to meet themselves fully—mind, body, and energy. Whether through presence-led counselling, intuitive readings, parts work and sound therapy, or practical lifestyle guidance, I hold space for deep, grounded transformation.

This isn’t about "fixing".

It’s about integration.
And I’m here to walk it with you.
